• All accepted abstracts will be published in English as an e-book (with ISBN and editor) after the congress.
• Full texts can be written in Turkish or English. It doesn’t have to be the same as the presentation language.

Different options are offered to the participants for full-text publishing.

1. After passing the refereeing process, optionally a full text book with ISBN,
2. It will be published by the International Publishing House (accepted as the International Publishing House in Academic Incentive and Associate Professorship Applications) as a book chapter in one or more internationally edited e-books, on 30 May 2023, after the refereeing process, according to the editor’s decision.

NOTE: The full texts of our participants whose full texts are not accepted to the International Chapter Book will be published in the Full Texts Book, but they are not obliged to have it published if they do not want to. Likewise, authors whose full texts are deemed appropriate for the International Chapter Book can have their full texts published in the Full Texts Book if they wish.

Full texts can only use one of the alternatives mentioned above. They cannot have their full texts published in both the Full Text Book and the International Chapter Book at the same time.

The deadline for submission of papers for the Full Texts Book and the International Editorial Book section is 1 day before the congress start date. IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO SEND FULL TEXT. Participants who want to send full text should send it with the option of uploading full text from the system by editing it according to the appropriate template under the heading of Authoring Rules until the specified date.

Posters in jpg or pdf formats must be uploaded from the system until 1 day before the congress start date.

A “Poster Session” will be held for the posters that are eligible to be exhibited, and the poster owners will present their posters in this session.
